What to pack?

We are so excited that you are coming to join us at the camp! We want to make sure you are prepared to have a great day. Here is a packing list of what you should bring. 

  • A change of clothes for after the morning workout
  • Asthma Mediations for if you have an asthma attack during a workout.
  • A Positive Mindset is a key to having a good time.
